How The Happy Tails collects, uses and protects customer, order, pet and grooming information.
We collect details needed to serve you: name, phone, email, delivery address, optional device location, pet type, pet size, order items, grooming bookings and payment references.
Device location is optional and is used only to help confirm delivery or home-grooming availability in supported Anantnag service areas.
Your information is used to create orders, confirm grooming slots, verify service areas, send receipts, manage customer support and recommend relevant products or services for your pet profile.
Payment card, UPI and banking details are handled by Razorpay Checkout. We store only payment references required for receipts and verification.
We do not sell customer data. We share information only with service providers required for payment processing, communication, delivery or grooming fulfilment.
Admin access is restricted, and sensitive credentials are kept in environment configuration on the server.
You may contact us to update account details, correct address information, request support with saved pet details, or ask about order and booking records.
