Clear terms for orders, grooming bookings, delivery areas, online payments, returns and support.

Orders and pricing

Product prices, offers, stock and delivery fees may change based on availability. Orders are confirmed after our team verifies stock, address and service-area eligibility.

Promo codes apply only when their conditions are met and may be limited by category, date, minimum order value or usage limits.

Payments

Online payments are processed through Razorpay Standard Checkout. Payment is marked successful only after server-side signature verification.

Cash on delivery or pay-later orders remain pending until our team confirms the order and collection method.

Delivery and service areas

Delivery and home-grooming coverage is limited to supported areas managed from the admin panel. If your address is outside coverage, we will contact you with alternatives.

Estimated delivery timing depends on product availability, distance, weather and local operating conditions.

Returns and cancellations

Returns depend on product category, sealed condition and hygiene safety. Opened food, used grooming items and hygiene-sensitive products may not be returnable.

Grooming bookings can be rescheduled based on slot availability. If a booked slot is unavailable due to operational reasons, we will offer the nearest suitable slot.

Product and grooming suggestions are general guidance. For medical, allergy or diet-sensitive concerns, please consult a qualified veterinarian.
